Summary

I am a second generation real estate appraiser with over 25 years of experience in the field of residential real estate appraisal. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. I am also a Board Director of the Real Estate Appraiser's Association, Sacramento Chapter, a designated member of the National Association of Real Estate Appraisers, and an associate member of the Appraisal Institute. I always exceed continuing education requirements as set forth by the Office of Real Estate Appraisers as evidenced by the list of course completions below. It is my mission to provide ethical, competent, and timely appraisal services.
